I did not think I would
return but circumstance's have it I was running out of options.
What a change. Debbie our waitress was great.
Service:
Lets just say that this restaurant has improved 100% from the last time I was here 9 months ago. Debby our waitress was excellent, she not only knew the whole menu she knew how each dish was prepared. I was most impressed. This time around they were not under staffed and service was personal and one to one.
Presentation:
The menu was not huge, but balanced and well thought out. They
had a special menu, 2 course and a glass of their house wine for
$38.00 and a 3 course with a glass of house wine for $48.00. On further
study they had picked the best mains from their main menu to offer
on their SPECIAL menu. This I thought was very good value. I ordered
their prime aged rib eye (46 days - 60 is better), cooked Blue.
It arrived as the perfect blue, seared on the outside and just
warm on the inside. The Port wine sauce was not over powering and
was an excellent accompaniment. The chicken Caesar salad was also
excellent, all finished with a desert of wild berries summer pudding
a white chocolate cake with cream anglaise
Wine List:
Wine list was quite extensive as against their main menu. Most tastes
catered for. Very few wines by the glass.
Value for
Money:
Since last visit the turn around was
incredible. Excellent value for money especially if you use their
special menu list. The food quality was extremely good and well
presented. Over all very good value for money.
Ambiance:
They have a VERY large outdoor
dinning and this was very nice. White linen and live entertainment
. There outside area is so large you can light up a cigar and not
disturb anyone. EXCELLENT.

What can I say this was not
the same restaurant I visited 9 months earlier . Good food, good
service, good entertainment and enough space to light up. Yep I
will be back. Well done guys you really have done a good job.
