Where
to Find:

|

Parking:
Mid city could be hard, will have to pay for parking.
|
Service:
Was good, (more or less) The waiter was proficient but working hard
to keep a smile.
Presentation:
Your basic modern restaurant, clean not cramped and I would say
a very good vantage point to look out over the Torrens River. Basic
and clean, The menu I thought was a bit cramped and choice was a
tad limited. However the entree's were excellent. Now come the main
course, as usual I ordered the fillet steak very rare (and yes I
do experiment). This restaurant I was told was one of the best in
Adelaide so with baited breath I waited for my rare steak. Oh well
I should have known. It was done medium. The steak itself would
cut like butter. Most likely hung on the bone for about 3 to 4 weeks.
I sent it back, ten minutes later another steak was presented done
to perfection and tough as leather. They did confirm the steak was
hung for about 3 weeks, but I swear the steak I had was just carved
off the beast. When I mentioned this he bought out a steak knife
instead. (or was it me just being picky) Brilliant. It may be one
of the top restaurants In Adelaide but my friend and I were not
impressed.
Wine List:
An excellent wine list, every taste catered to. I had the Eldridge
Riesling, and very good to boot.
Value for
Money:
It was in line with most top restaurants in regards to prices on
wine list and menu. Two people will set you back $120 to $150 with
wine. Was it worth it, no.
Ambiance:
It was average to good. I would say the views over the River during
the day would be very nice.
The feel
good factor:
I did not feel good about the experience. I would not go back neither
would my friend, but that is my opinion. It was an attitude thing
that got to me. 2 glass rating.

Just OK
