Georges Paragon Mt Tamborine is a cut down version or express version of his Sanctuary Cove restaurant.
Service:
As always with ALL of Georges restaurants the service is A1 . I don't know how he get his staff but he would have to have the least turnover in staff I have ever come across. The service is always top quality
Presentation:
Because this is an express version of " Georges Paragon Sanctuary Cove " there is not much in the way of salad and side dishes. The turnover needs to be quick, but this in no way detracts from the quality of the food presented. You could say the menu is a cut down version of Sanctuary Cove.
Wine List:
Very Reasonable, and a good selection
Value for
Money:
This is something I have to rave about it was brilliant. For $19.50 or there about's for a super seafood lunch.
And Lobester for $29.00, you can not beat it. I am definitely coming back.
Ambiance:
Very Greek theme some outside dinning plus all the shops of of Mt Tamborine . What a great sunday afternoon .
The feel
good factor:
I will not rabbit on, this was a Sunday lunch type afternoon . And I need to judge it on that. It was crowded but you can not expect anything less. I have to rank it 4+ glass rating

+
(Just about a 5 rating )
