Service:
Excellent, our waiter Ben
was as good as any that I would find in any top quality restaurant
in Sydney or New York. Courteous, polite and very well spoken.
Presentation:
Smorgasbord. Excellent presentation.
The food was NOT massed produced and thrown into warming trays or
baymaries . All dishes were produced in small quantities and expertly
prepared. If you could not find something that tempted your palate
they would prepare anything you wanted. It was the detail that most
impressed my. Example, the cheese board had the best Stilton I had
tried in years. The desert board was excellent, I suspect prepared
by the executive chef.
Wine List:
Extremely good, and some very
well know labels.
Value for
Money:
It is the same old story, "you
get what you pay for". The service, food and presentation are
all excellent. It was about $75.00 per head with a few glasses of
wine. (An excellent house Riesling which I should have noted the
name). Over all very good.
Ambience:
Not over-crowded with tables.
Very clean, well spaced and not too much direct lighting. Very comfortable
and modern decor. It was night so could not enjoy the huge glass
windows over seeing the complex.
The feel
good factor:
Very good, but like most good
things in life you may have to pay for it.

The best
