Service:
Not much, it is a fish and chip shop. The owner was very pleasant and has a few stories to tell.
Presentation:
All served in a cardboard box. This is the only fish 'n chip shop that I know of that has been mentioned in Vogue, it really does have an international reputation. I had the giant scallops, Hake and salt and pepper prawns with a peanut /Thai sauce. Not over cooked and they were EXCELLENT. All sauces are made on the premises.
Wine List:
Bring your own , there are 2 tables on the street. Alfresco would be pushing it a bit.
Value for
Money:
Over priced for a Fish 'n Chip shop, but if you are on Kangaroo Island you have to check the place out. I just do not know any Fish 'n Chip shops that get a serious mention in Vogue. It was excellent food in any case.
Ambiance:
Errrr there is none, nice sea view and friendly seagulls.
The feel
good factor:
Errr YOU GO HERE FOR A FOOD EXPERIENCE NOT A DINING EXPERIENCE. I KIND OF LIKED IT.
