Wine food Gold Coast review

Lets start by saying who we are not. We are not chefs, we do not hold credentials from any culinary school. What we are however two retired professional business men who have spent 30+ years of their work life travelling internationally and dining in restaurant from England, South East Asia, America, New Zealand and Australia.

We both enjoy fine wine and dining and decided to start this web site to share with other people our experience. Our reviews are not just based on the top end restaurants we shall also review the small suburban restaurant where some of the best value and fine food can be found.

With my long term friend and retired business partner in Christchurch and myself on the Gold Coast. We hope to add at least 1 to 3 restaurants per week to our review.

Diana is a Christchurch lawyer with a long-standing interest in food and wine. She worked her way through university in an eclectic selection of Christchurch’s restaurants, hotels and bars and is currently studying part-time at Lincoln University for the Graduate Diploma of Viticulture and Oenology. Based in New Zealand, we are all looking forward to her reviews.

Another member on the Gold Coast crew is Amanda. She has extensive international experience covering South Africa and most of Europe. Judy Ayre has trained under a Cordon Bleu for three years. Now residing on the Mornington Peninsula, which is affectionately termed 'Melbourne's Riviera'.

I should add that France (Paris, Loire Valley), Italy (Rome, Portafino Amalfi Coast) Spain (Barcelona, Madrid), Greece, (Santorini, Mikanos) and Malta are the countries where I have spent most of my traveling time in.
